As a Live Medical Scribe Virtual Assistant, you will work directly with U.S. physicians, specialists, and clinical teams to document patient encounters in real time. This 100% remote position allows you to leverage your medical terminology expertise to support leading US companies and healthcare providers from home in USD.

• Accurately document patient encounters, including histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
• Perform real-time or post-visit clinical documentation (scribing) with speed and accuracy
• Transcribe medical information while researching unfamiliar terms and ensuring proper clinical context
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within EHR/EMR systems
• Identify and correct documentation or coding inconsistencies to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage and update documentation templates efficiently
• Assist with prescription processing and communicate relevant information to patients when required
• Prepare and organize medical documentation for audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Provide clear and relevant health education materials as directed by providers
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy standards
• Support additional clinical documentation or administrative tasks as assigned

verifiedRequired Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proven experience as a Medical Scribe or Clinical Documentation Specialist
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (ecW)
• Ability to manage charting, lab results, and fast-paced workloads
• Comfortable working remotely and maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers or clinics
