- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Manage calendars, schedule consultations, hearings, and deadlines
- Assist with legal document preparation, formatting, and filing
- Maintain and organize case files and legal records
- Conduct basic legal research as requested
- Support client intake, follow-ups, and case status updates
- Enter and manage data in case management or legal software
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned
verifiedRequired Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal VA
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines remotely
- Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace

- Experience supporting U.S.-based law firms or attorneys
- Knowledge of legal practice areas such as immigration, personal injury, family law, or corporate law
